East African Civil Aviation Academy (EACAA) admits both Ugandans and Non-Ugandans. Whenever admissions are open, we inform the general public through Ugandan National tabloids as well as on our website. EACAA only admits applicants with the minimum requirements.

- Pay 100,000/- (One hundred thousand) application fee to the Academy's UGx StanBic Bank (9030005797054 East African Civil Aviation Academy -Soroti)
- Attach the payslip and other academic documents to your online profile
- Scan and attach separate documents to your profile here
International students
- You are required to first have your academic documents equated to Ugandan standards before application. The process of equating the qualifications and the forms to be used can be accessed here
- The equated documents should be attached to your application profile here
