The EACAA Transportation Section is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students attending Aviation Training from outside the Academy. Free school bus transportation is provided to and from school for students living beyond a 1-mile walking distance from Academy Apartments. Over 35 percent of EACAA students ride buses to and from school.

Our training programmes are continuous except during weekends, public holidays, and a short break over the Christmas/New Year season.

Recreation in the form of indoor and outdoor games is provided.

Medical care for minor aliments is provided at the academy clinic. Major illnesses will be referred to the government hospital. Private hospitals may be visited at the students or sponsors own cost.

The academy is located at Soroti Airport on the edge of Soroti town approximately 400 kilometers north-east of Ugandas capital Kampala, and 150 kilometres by road from the Uganda-Kenya border.
